Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the apps published by Dean Tingey ("the App," "we," "us") collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be straightforward about it.
Information we collect
Depending on which features you use, the App may collect:
Account information: if the App requires sign-in, we collect your email address (and name, if you provide it) so you can log in and access your data.
- Content you create: information you enter into the App, such as lists, notes, entries, or records, stored so the App can function and stay available across your devices.
- Technical and usage data: basic information such as device type, app version, and error logs, used to keep the App working and to fix problems.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information beyond what you choose to enter, and we do not collect your precise location.
How we use your information
To provide the App's features and store your data so it's available when you return.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To diagnose problems, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
How your data is stored and shared
The App is built and hosted on Base44, our application and backend platform, which stores your account and content data on our behalf. We may also use trusted providers for sign-in (for example, Google). These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and under their own privacy terms. We share information only with such providers, or when required by law.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below, and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it by law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Residents of the EEA/UK (under GDPR) and California (under the CCPA/CPRA) have these rights. To exercise them, contact us at the email below.
International users
Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
